The graduations of our eighth-grade students from Sinai Akiba Academy and Sinai Temple Religious School. The graduation of our own preschooler moving up towards kindergarten. The word teshuva means return, indicating a sedentary lifestyle is not preferred within Judaism. This week, I had attended the Sinai Akiba Academy Moving Up ceremony. The 5th graders were moving up to middle school. Yes, they will be in the same building come September with the same group of friends and even the same teachers, but these CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF SINAI TEMPLE The music of Sinai Temple is inspirational, accessible and rooted in a long history of tradition. Led by Cantor Marcus Feldman, our Music Department, in partnership with the Sinai Temple clergy, works strategically to blend traditional, nostalgic and contemporary melodies, while ensuring that the prayers we sing remain true to ourhistory.
