The Toodle Blue rotation speed is a function of the through-coolant (or oil) pressure. THE TOODLE™ IS A NEW, HIGH SPEED, TURBINE-DRIVEN SPINDLE. IT COSTS A FRACTION OF COMPETING SPINDLE SYSTEMS. The Toodle may be driven by through-coolant, oil, or air (mist). It allows for ultra-high rotation speeds, and requires no machine modification. It transforms existing machine centers with standard spindles averaging 8,000 – 12,000 rpm spindles, into high-speed, state-of-the-art machining centers with rotation speeds of up to75,000 rpm.
This enables the most demanding applications on the same machines witha single set up.

THE TOODLE IS THE FIRST EVER SPINDLE TO BE MAINTENANCE FREE AS WELL AS CRUSH RESISTANT Replacement Kits (2 bearings plus 1 turbine) are replaced with new with each tool change. This allows for best dynamic runout at all times. The assembly of the bearings and turbine onto the tool shank is done by the machine operator – easily and efficiently.
