You may have found out that your baby has already died and you could be waiting to give birth to them or perhaps your baby has died or is expected to die shortly in neonatal care INFORMATION FOR EMPLOYERS Information for Employers. Father’s Day can be a particularly difficult and lonely day for fathers whose baby has died, however long ago.
