Emilia's story. Welcome to SameYou. In early 2011 I was struck by the first of two brain haemorrhages. I am hardly unique or alone in that. 1 in 3 people will suffer a brain injury in their lifetime. That number is huge. It’s almost double the number of people who willdevelop dementia.

Chéri’s recovery was full of challenges related to having female-specific symptoms. Chéri Ballinger, former model/actress and now film producer and entrepreneur, suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury in 2014 after a fall onto cement in an action scene on theSURVIVOR STORY 4
On May 20, I suffered a spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage while I slept. I woke up sweating, shaking, and my head was in so much pain I thought it was going burst open. I also began to vomit continually. I am a frequent migraine sufferer and they often make me vomit, so I assumed I was fine.
