RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC Ruger .22LR wise I got a Stainless Bearcat Shopkeeper, a 1022 carbine w/hardwood stock, a 1022 stainless takedown and a Charger takedown. And he tossed in a NIB Primary arms 6x .22LR scope. Post subject: Re: 10/22 Prices WOW. I was in a local store today that now has RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC RugerForum.com. I looked at a ruger wrangler 22 today the army green one .They look pretty good for $200 .The guy at bass pro said people are using 22 mag cylinders in them .I also saw where you can reduce the trigger pull by unwrapping the latch on the spring in the grip. They had a ruger 22 single ten I really liked that but $619 fits myhand
RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC Minimal grip wear. Asking price is $369, and the least he will take for it is $350. I am curious to know if that price is reasonable. A few government models (blued steel) on GB are listed at $500+. Top. NH Rugerman. Post subject: Re: Ruger Mark II Government Target Model RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC Ten rounds of 357 Magnum in a semi-auto Carbine would be a formidable package. There was a guy that used to sell a 7 round hybrid magazine for the Deerfield made from a Desert Eagle mag stuck into a Ruger rotary mag. It worked well and required no mods to the rifle. Here is RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC RugerForum.com. I have a couple of Ruger Zytel Stocks, actually more than that, a couple without barreled actions. But I have another barreled action coming. 338 WM. What it appears to me is that 413 is for a long action standard barrel 270, 30-06 etc goes in that one. I also have a 483 and I believe that is for the long actionmagnums
RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC I haven't seen many positive reviews on ER Shaw barrels either. Post subject: Re: 10-22, anyone use this barrel? Lots of folks get lucky with a Green Mountain barrel but most that are a hundred bucks or less don't shoot much better than the factory barrel. They're about the only ones making an aftermarket sporter barrel. RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC RugerForum.com. Post subject: .44 Mag. Carbine scope mount update. As some of you know I have been bandying about the idea of mounting an RDS to my new to me, unfired by me, 1964 model .44 Mag Carbine that I just got. I had a cheapy RDS and a used 0 MOA picatinny scope mount rail laying about the place so I had that going for me. RUGERFORUM.COM • VIEW TOPIC More horseshite from our giver. Use the starting load suggested for Re-15 and, assuming a 24" barrel work towards 2400 - 2500 fps and you are good to go. I have loaded for the round for 15 years. Big Game is a better powder for the 286's. I hunted Africa in 2002 using the original 250 gr X pushed by VV-N550 to 2650 fps. VIEW TOPIC - RUGER NO.1 SCOPE RING QUESTION. - RUGERFORUM.COM Hunter. Joined: Thu Jun 29, 2006 7:01 am. Posts: 2643. Location: Dededo, Guam. I have a RUGER No.1 international in 270. I would like to mount a scope on it. The scope rings that came with the rifle were in a storage locker. The storage locker was broken into by meth addicts and stolen. The addicts were eventually caught, but most ofthe stuff
