NEW YORK The design of The Fitzroy originated from Roman and Williams and owners JDS/Largo’s mutual appreciation for specific New York buildings, and the commitment to creating a structure that could stand as a touchstone among these icons. LE COUCOU . NEW YORK The interiors of Le Coucou were conceived to break the conventions of the existing building and to contrast with the clean Scandinavian lines of the newly remodeled hotel. Practical Magic. ‘Practical Magic’ was Robin and Stephen’s second film with director Griffin Dunne. The house they built far transcended a typical film set.
