Option 2: Purchase a RiverLink Starter Kit. The RiverLink starter kit is available at select retail locations in Kentucky and Indiana. The starter kit includes a RiverLink local transponder, a reload card and a customer agreement. Customers load $20 to $500 on the prepaid transponder at checkout. There is a one-time $3.00 activation fee.

Drivers can choose to register their prepaid transponder to eliminate reloading fees and access additional services. Invoicing Resumes – Late 2020/Early 2021. Why am I receiving an invoice weeks after I crossed a tolled bridge? OPEN AN ACCOUNT

1. Click on Open/Manage Account and then click Register as a New User. 2. Fill out the registration form with a valid email address and password, then click on Register. 3. Check your email for a RiverLink confirmation message to verify your new account. NOTE: Check your spam folder if you don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox. PREPAID ACCOUNT WITH TRANSPONDER Compare Transponder Options. To get a transponder, simply set up a prepaid account. The savings start as soon the account is opened and vehicles are registered. Have this information handy for each vehicle you want to register: make, model, year, color and license plate number/state. A personal account can include up to four vehicles.

TRANSPONDERS

Drivers can choose to register their prepaid transponder to eliminate reloading fees and access additional services. Call 855-RIV-LINK (855-748-5465) or visit a RiverLink customer service center to register a prepaid transponder. Customers will enjoy the full benefits of a RiverLink prepaid account with no reloading fees, access to auto RIVERLINK ACCOUNT FAQS To open an account, customers will need to provide their name, billing address, phone number and payment method. (June 17, 2020) – New toll rates for three bridges connecting Louisville and Southern Indiana begin July 1, 2020.Rates will range from $2.15 to $12.93, depending on the size of the vehicle and whether the driver has a

prepaid account.

UPDATE LICENSE PLATE INFORMATION 1. Click on Open/Manage Account and log in to your RiverLink account. 2. Click on Vehicles, then Edit Vehicles. 3. Click on Edit. 4. Update your license plate information in the Lic. Plate column (if you are on a mobile device, you may need to scroll to the right to see this

column).

TRANSPONDERS FAQS

For most vehicles, the transponder is placed on the inside of the windshield, as high and as central as possible, close to the rearview mirror. Place three inches away from any metal, tint, antennae or defroster. Avoid the black dots that may surround the rearview mirror.
