At the end of this show, he tripped on the curly wire of his basshe looked back like he wanted to kill it, and then he stopped, and went back, picked it up, and did it, as the stage filled with hand-shakers – luckily, one of them was Pennie Smith. On that day, in Palladium club in New York took place the concert of a British rock group, The Clash. During the concert, the upset bassist wrecked his guitar on the scene, and the moment was captured on photography by Pennie Smith. JAMIE REID AND THE PUNK REBELLION Jamie Reid and the Punk Rebellion. In the first half of the 70s Great Britain saw the rise of an underground subculture, which turned the graphic design of that time upside down. Punk movement took over fashion, music and visual arts and quickly spread to other countries. Its trademark were ragged clothes, Mohawk hairstyle and rowdy music. On that day, in Palladium club in New York took place the concert of a British rock group, The Clash. During the concert, the upset bassist wrecked his guitar on the scene, and the moment was captured on photography by Pennie Smith. It has been realized in October 1967 at the news of the death of Che Guevara. It has been designed with a new technique for Cuba at that time.
