This year, a new term has been floating around called “COVID slide”. If you have fees showing on your account, call the Hotline at 306.777.6000 to speak with a staff member. Starting on January 1, 2021, RPL is no longer charging overdue fines for library materials. YOUR LIBRARY CARD AND ACCOUNT If you don’t have a library card and want to register for online programs, place holds on materials, or access digital services, visit any RPL location to sign up or fill out our online registration form to get a temporary barcode by email.. You can then visit any RPL location to complete your registration and receive a permanent librarycard.
