We worked in partnership with Addoldai Cymru: The Welsh Religious Buildings Trust to create an online ‘virtual museum’ telling the story of Welsh chapels in terms of religion, architecture, culture and society.. Funded by Visit Wales as part of the Digital Tourism Framework Programme, the project builds on the long-running work of the Commission RCAHMW | RESEARCHING YOUR HOUSE HISTORY Back Row, Onllyn: two-storey workers cottages, now demolished. DI2008_1332 NPRN 407800 RCAHMW | GLAMORGAN: FARMHOUSES, HOUSES AND MANSIONS Glamorgan: Farmhouses, Houses and Mansions. Glamorgan has claim to some of the best-quality vernacular and elite domestic architecture in Wales, and the Royal Commission has led the way in its study. The Royal Commission’s inventory volumes III and IV (1981, 1982, 1988) contain a wealth of information on these buildings. RCAHMW | EVENTS | CHERISH ECONFERENCE 2021 CHERISH eConference 2021. This international conference will showcase the vulnerability of coastal environments to climate change and how these may be impacted by future changes. Papers will cover a range of topics around the theme of understanding and managing coastal heritageunder threat.
