Quorn Mince is a simple swap in to your favourite recipes and a dinner winner with the whole family. Recipes. VEGAN FISHLESS SCAMPI Quorn Vegan Scampi (200g) Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. For best results OVEN cook. (oven) 12 MIN. Cook from frozen at 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Preheat oven and place on a baking tray. Cook on the middle shelf for 12 mins. Check product is piping hot before serving. QUORN MINCE LASAGNE RECIPE Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes until softened. Add the mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in the Quorn mince and then the tomatoes, vegetarian red pesto, oregano, wine and vegetable stock cube. Increase the heat and simmer gently for 5minutes.

Thai Noodle Soup Recipe with Quorn Vegan Pieces. Serves 4. 40 mins. 99 cals. (Per serving) Recipes. QUORN ROAST WITH VEGETARIAN STUFFING Method. Remove Quorn Roast from packaging and slice in half, lay the stuffing on one half and place the other half of the roast back on top. Roll tightly in cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes. QUORN PIECES AND BROCCOLI STIR FRY Method. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet/pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent. Add the Quorn Pieces, cook and stir for 3 - 4 minutes. Move Quorn Pieces to the side of the skillet/pan and add broccoli, button and shiitake mushrooms. Cook and stir vegetables for 2 QUORN ROAST VEGETARIAN WELLINGTON Method. Preheat oven to 180C; Remove roast from packaging. Mix the spices together with the oil and coat the roast all over as thoroughlyas possible.
