While the butter is melting in the pot, season the beef all over with the salt and pepper. Place it in the Dutch oven and sear all the sides of it for about 15 minutes. Set aside. INSTANT POT MEAT SAUCE RECIPE Instructions. Set a 6-qt Instant Pot® to the high saute setting. Add olive oil, onion, carrot and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions in the pot are translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add pancetta and cook for 2 minutes or so. Add ground beef and cook it until it’s browned about 7-10 minutes. GRILLED LAMB CHOPS WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE Instructions. In a freezer bag or silicone bag (this is my favourite one), add lamb chops, salt and pepper and ¼ cup of chimichurri sauce. Close the bag and shake until lamb chops are coated with the marinade sauce. Set aside for about 1 hour on the kitchen counter top. Preheat cast iron pan or grill over medium heat.
