PREDOMINANTLY PALEO
About . Jennifer is a wife and mother of 3 in pursuit of better health for her family. After being gluten free for 4 years, and having a multitude of chronic health issues, she realized there was still too much processed “food” in her pantry and change was needed. PALEO PITA BREAD {AIP} 1 teaspoon sea salt. Preheat oven to 450. In a mixing bowl, combine water, yeast and honey and allow to sit for a couple of minutes. Add in flour, salt, and oil. Stir with a spoon and then kneed by hand until a large ball of dough is formed. Divide into approximately 6 equal portions. Take each portion, one at a time and make a ball. A couple years ago when Zenbelly and I wrote The New Yiddish Kitchen, we had a wonderfully reflective time of stringing together recipes from each of our families.We each have fond memories of traditional Jewish recipes and the stories and peoplebehind them.
AIR FRYER CRISPY SPINACH Slide the basket into your air fryer and cook on the air fryer setting at 300 for 10 minutes. There will be a few darker stems and smaller leaves but less than 10 did not get enough leaves crispy and dried out for me. Also keep in mind different air fryers will require different temp and cook times. This is based on my personal air fryer. GRAIN FREE TEX MEX CASSEROLE Instructions. Preheat your oven to 350F. Add in the garlic and secure the lid of your Instant Pot, closing off the pressure valve. I promised y’all I would play mad scientist with the cassava flour and see how well it “subbed” for the full yuca root I use in my pizza crust, empanadas, perogies, egg rolls, and other yuca based recipes.. So before I give you the “recipe” to make the basic dough, I want to give you the low down. PALEO ONION RING "BUNS" Cook your burgers and prepare your “fixins” prior to frying onions. ONE POT INSTANT POT MEATLOAF, MASHED POTATOES, AND GRAVY Instructions. Start by combining all of your meatloaf ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand and then form into a loaf. Now wrap the uncooked meatloaf into a sheet of foil and set it aside. Jennifer began feeding her family more meals from WHOLE foods and less from boxes. Her recipes are predominantly paleo, meaning they are free of grain, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, but make allowances for a few treats and sweets. She believes food can be medicine when used appropriately and that a few changes now can equate to huge benefits later.
