DISHES
Chewy Gluten-free Peanut Butter Granola Bars. Vegan Scalloped Potatoes. by Meal TypeIMPOSSIBLE TACOS
1 (0.75 lb) package of Impossible Meat. 1 (8-ounce) can of tomato sauce. 2 teaspoons of chili powder. 1 ½ teaspoons of cumin. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 1 teaspoon of onion powder. ½ teaspoon of oregano. 8 to 10 corn tortillas. Cilantro, minced (for garnish) SMALL-BATCH PICKLED BEETS Step 1. Place beets in large saucepan and add enough cold water to cover. Step 2. Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes or until beets are fork-tender. LASAGNA WITH PLANT-BASED RICOTTA Step 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, zucchini, mushrooms, and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly softened. Turned off the heat. Stir in the spinach, cover the skillet, and set aside to allow the spinach to wilt. SUPER SIMPLE AIR FRIED TOFU 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, to taste. I keep my Mazola® Corn Oil in a bottle and lightly coat my tofu with Mazola® Corn Oil before cooking it, so to start, place the tofu in a medium bowl with Mazola® Corn Oil until it’s thoroughly coated. Next, I add in the soy sauce and freshly ground pepper and mix FLEISHMANN'S RAPID RISE PIZZA Step 2. Combine 1 cup of flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. The dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky. VEGAN AT TRADER JOE'S Time for another treat! This vegan ice cream is so good and affordable; it needed to be shared with you. This one is the Cherry Chocolate Chip, but they have other amazing flavors to choose from. Toni and Michelle’s tip: Take out of the freezer for about 10 minsbefore digging in!
