ONLINE GROUP SESSIONS These online Zoom sessions are available to anyone affected by cancer. As a charity, we rely on donations to fund our work.. If you are new to Penny Brohn UK, we recommend attending our Introduction to Penny Brohn UK.We hold them every fortnight and help you understand who we are, what services we offer and how best to access them. THE BRISTOL WHOLE LIFE APPROACH TO FOOD AND HEALTHY EATING Examples of omega 3 & 6 rich foods. Omega 3: oily fish – salmon, mackerel, sardines, herring & trout) and to a lesser extent, ground flax, chia and hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts. Omega 6: raw seeds, especially sunflower, pumpkin chia, sesame and hemp. As for protein, we recommend you eat lean protein with every meal and snack. SKIN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH Skin Cancer Awareness Month – May 2021. 26th May 2021. It’s run by a Penny Brohn doctor and a chemotherapy nurse, offering advice and guidance on many different ways to manage the side effects of your treatment.
