I have prepared manathakkali vathal kuzhambu.(you can use any vathal and prepare the same kuzhambu) Personally I feel the best combination for vathal kuzhambu is aviyal. Take 2 bread slices, apply butter on both sides of the bread slice. Heat a tawa, toast both sides of the bread slice.
