The Education staff from the Campaigns and Member Education Unit works with staff and members all over OPSEU to design regional education courses and leadership programs. We develop the facilitation skills of our members and staff, and support campaigns and bargaining with effective mobilizing education. It is with a heavy heart and deep sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved member of our OPSEU/SEFPO family from COVID-19. Just shy of his 63rd birthday, Roman Skots, a long-time LCBO employee, contracted the virus. After a month-long battle in the ICU, Roman sadly passed away on May 22.
