LAVENDER LEMON TART
The lemon curd will thicken at about 170 degrees F. Step 4. At the 7 minute mark, mix your cornstarch and lavender syrup together to make a slurry. Step 5. Pour slurry into mixture and continue to cook and whisk for 3 more minutes. Remove from the heat pour into cooled tart shell. Spread evenly and allow to sit at room temperature for 30minutes.

Place potatoes in a large saucepot and add enough cold water to cover by 1”, add in 1 tsp. Kosher salt. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, tilt the lid, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Step 2. In a small saucepan, add your butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and keep warm.Step 3.

SALTED BROWN BUTTER WALNUT RYE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Ingredients. 1 cup Organic Valley Unsalted Butter, softened. 1 1/2 cups War Eagle Mill Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour. 1/2 cup War Eagle Mill Organic Rye Flour. 3/4 cup Bulk Rolled Oats. 1 tsp. Bob’s Red Mill Baking Soda 1 tsp. Bulk Kosher Salt 3/4 cup packed Wholesome Brown Sugar. 3/4 cup Wholesome Granulated Sugar. 2 Happy Egg Co eggs. 2 tsp. Frontier Co-op Vanilla 2 Tbsp. bourbon ofSYCAMORE BEND
Sycamore Bend Farm was started in 2009 and grows a wide variety of vegetables. In addition to providing delicious organic produce, Sycamore Bend Farm provides jobs to local people within our community. PEANUT BUTTER BANANA NICE CREAM Ingredients. 8 organic bananas, sliced and frozen. ¼ - ½ cups Justin’s Peanut Butter. ½ -1 cups Milkadamia Macadamia Milk or non-dairy milk of choice. 2 Tbsp. Boykins Apiaries Honey or sweetener of choice, optional Toppings Watkins Chocolate Sprinkles, Santa Cruz Organic chocolate syrup, bulk peanuts BLUEBERRY BLUE CORNMEAL SCONES Preparation. Step 1. Preheat oven to 400. Step 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Step 3. In a large bowl, add your all-purpose flour, blue cornmeal, baking powder, and salt, Stir to combine. Step 4. In a small bowl, whisk together your buttermilk, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla, set aside. COCONUT RICE WITH GINGER PEANUT SAUCE Preparation. Step 1. To make your salad, add your rice to a large bowl, add in your cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro, toss to combine. Step 2. Pour sauce over, toss to combine.
