You can enter the parking lot at 395 Purcey Street and find a spot from there. The Shack is within walking distance from all parking. Parking will cost $10 per car. An unmanned bike corral will be available to park your bikes in at your own risk. Bring your own lock to secure your bike. -------------------------

Oktoberfest Fort Worth is NOT a dog-friendly event. The only exception are participants in the Dachshund Races. ------------------------- HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE? Festival grounds are accessible and the main hall is paved. Please note the two biergartens are made of crushed gravel. Ample seating is available for festival patrons; however, guests who require special accommodations may contact the event staff for assistance. Wheelchairs, electric carts and baby strollers are not available for

So, start practicing with your dashing doggie or just come out and watch the fur fly!​ Learn More > ------------------------- BIER WENCH STEIN CARRYING ​This contest is inspired by a tradition in the bier tents of Germany in which the bar waitresses deliver biers in one liter steins to the tables, often carrying up to five steins in each hand! In our version, contestant must pick up and carry their plastic steins a distance of 25 feet and set them back down without spilling more than three ounces out of any one stein. Whichever contestant can carry the most steins successfully is crowned the winner. SIGN UP TO PARTICIPATE ON SITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT.​​ ------------------------- OKTOBERFEST OLYMPICS Watch local young professional groups go for the gold and compete against each other in various Oktoberfest-themed events. The team with the most total points will win the challenge.​​ ------------------------- STEIN HOISTING COMPETITION​ Masskrugstemmen translates as "bier-stein holding” and is a traditional Oktoberfest test of endurance. Registered contestants will purchase a full liter of bier in a glass mug. Contestants will hold their full mug (approx. 5 lbs) straight out with their arm fully extended and parallel to the floor. If an arm sags, or elbow bends or the bier sloshes, that person is done, out, kaput. The last arm up wins. �2019 Trinity River Vision Authority. Oktoberfest Fort Worth benefits the Trinity River Vision Authority (TRVA). The TRVA is responsible for implementation of a public infrastructure project which provides needed flood protection and fosters the development of an exciting, pedestrian oriented, urban waterfront neighborhood in Fort Worth. TRVA aims to attract business and entertainment to the district and is in charge of programming public spaces including the Panther Island Pavilion, a waterfront music venue and festival space directly adjacent to downtown Fort Worth. Fort Wurst! Is an incredible evening of Bavarian celebration with networking, singing, dancing (brush up on that chicken dance) and German biers. Guests also get a sneak preview of Oktoberfest Fort Worth, 2019 by experiencing first-hand the transformation of The Shack at Panther Island Pavilion into the Spaten Halle, an authentic German bier halle presented by Spaten. Brought to you by the Opa and Oma Committee, Fort Wurst is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Panther Island Initiatives.
