Drop-in appointments for community testing continue to be available: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm), and Saturday and Sunday (10am to 4pm). Savoy Centre, Byron NEW COVID-19 COMMUNITY TESTING SITE TO OPEN IN A new COVID-19 community testing site will open in Dunfermline on Wednesday (17/03). Based within the Tryst Centre, Duncan Crescent, Dunfermline, the site will provide testing for members of the public without COVID-19 symptoms. Not everyone with COVID-19 has symptoms but they could still be infectious and spreading the virus. In Fife you can pick up home testing kits at: Regional Drive-Through Centre, Bankhead Car Park, Glenrothes. Glenrothes Miners Charitable Society, Glenrothes. Dell Farquharson Community Centre, Dunfermline. Most sites are open from 3.30pm to 8pm for the collection of kits and you do not need to book an appointment. PROOF OF VACCINATION STATUS The initiative will allow people travelling abroad to access and download their record of vaccination status via the NHS Inform Patient Portal or – for those not online – request it in the post via the freephone number 0808 196 8565. COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM The Community Mental Health Team provides a specialist service for adults aged 18 to 65 years who experience severe complex mental health difficulties and require a period of assessment and treatment. There are 5 CMHT’s covering different areas of Fife – North East Fife, Glenrothes, Levenmouth, Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline. TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS AND The NHS Public Health service is responsible for protecting the health of patients and the general public. This includes responsibility for infection control, immunisation and the investigation and management of outbreaks of diseases such as meningitis and E-coli. There is also a potential for sensitive data to be viewed if left on screen. An IT clear screen measure has been implemented on NHS Fife computer screens ( Desktop computers, mobile devices, terminals andlaptops).
PARENTAL LEAVE POLICY Employees who are requesting more than four weeks leave, at any one period of time, are required to give a minimum of 2 months notice of their intention to take Parental Leave.
