New Westminster resident Suzanne Parnell (a.k.a. the Wicked Witch of the West End) and her husband Brian have gone all out with a Halloween display at their London Street home this year. Parnell said this is the 30th Halloween display she’s created, and it shows in her impressive inventory of skeletons and gargoyles and her spooky arrangements, including a tree hung with creepy dolls, a dismembered torso on a guillotine and a skeleton getting the electric chair.
