The Jolly Old Elf’s medevac-helicopter tour of five Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island hospitals wrapped up in New West in the afternoon, with Santa visiting the RCH pediatric and maternity wards, and handing out stuffed bears to kids who may end up having to spend Christmas in the hospital.Community
