Lula Garrett, 1938-1996. – National Division of the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Mrs. Garrett was instrumental in the establishment of the NPS and in the sale of the FACULTY | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL Keshia Beyale – Academic Counselor. E-mail: kbeyale@navajoprep.com. Keshia Beyale grew up in Kirtland, NM and is an alumna of Navajo Preparatory School. She graduated from NPS in 2005 and went on to earn her B.A in Psychology from the University of Colorado. FACILITIES | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL The North Property Line Fencing Project has been completed as of September 2014 that will enhance the security of the NPS campus. As part of this project the bus parking area was also fenced to secure of the NPS vehicles. This was made possible by a Grant from The Navajo Nation. The Eagles Nest gym floor was resurfaced in July 2014.HUMAN RESOURCES

She obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Ricks College, and then a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Washington State University. The mission of the Navajo Preparatory School has three tasks. The first is to prepare our students for a post-secondary education and to be leaders in their current and future endeavors. The next task is to provide a rigorous academic program with its foundation rooted in ABOUT US | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL About Us. The only Navajo-sanctioned, college-preparatory school for Native Americans, Navajo Preparatory School recruits some of the best and brightest students of the Navajo Nation. Looking to the future, the school offers students a challenging, innovative curriculum in science, math, computers, and other traditional academic subjects. ATHLETICS | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL Athletics. Navajo Prep has an all around athletic program with many offerings. We continue to succeed in all sports by placing at the state level year in and year out and sending athletes to college with some receiving athletic scholarships. We encourage all students to join our Navajo Prep teams.STUDENT LIFE

History – About the residence hall names. Ernesteen Rose Bates, 1945-1993. – Alumnus of Navajo Methodist Mission School, Historian and distinquished teacher of the Navajo Studies. Lula Garrett, 1938-1996. – National Division of the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Mrs. Garrett was instrumental in the establishment of the NPS and in the sale of the FACULTY | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL Keshia Beyale – Academic Counselor. E-mail: kbeyale@navajoprep.com. Keshia Beyale grew up in Kirtland, NM and is an alumna of Navajo Preparatory School. She graduated from NPS in 2005 and went on to earn her B.A in Psychology from the University of Colorado. FACILITIES | NAVAJO PREPARATORY SCHOOL The North Property Line Fencing Project has been completed as of September 2014 that will enhance the security of the NPS campus. As part of this project the bus parking area was also fenced to secure of the NPS vehicles. This was made possible by a Grant from The Navajo Nation. The Eagles Nest gym floor was resurfaced in July 2014.HUMAN RESOURCES
Meet Our Director of Human Resources. Ada Wilson was born in Santa Clara, CA and raised in Farmington, NM. She graduated from Farmington High School. She obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Ricks College, and then a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Washington State University.
