EATON PUBLIC LIBRARY Eaton Public Library began as a grass roots effort by citizens in Eaton which funded a small wooden frame library in 1904. It was replaced by a larger brick structure given to the Town as a memorial to Town founder Governor Benjamin Eaton by his widow, Elizabeth, in1911.
