Tuition is set at $900 per credit for part-time students. For Manhattanville students who were full-time undergraduate in the Spring 2021 semester, and who register for summer courses, a 33% discount is applied. McCormack, Ph.D., a graduate of Manhattanville College who served as its President from 1966-1974 and was a member of the college’s Board of Trustees, passed away December 4. MANHATTANVILLE COLLEGE TIMELINE In 1841 in a three-story house on Houston Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side, the Academy of the Sacred Heart, a Catholic boarding school for girls, was founded. Seventy-six years after its founding as an academy, Manhattanville was chartered as a college by the New York State Board of Regents.
