Plan your visit today! The Museum of Aviation is situated on 51 acres next to Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, Georgia. The facility includes four large exhibit buildings which house some of the 85 historic U.S. Air Force aircraft, missiles, cockpits and award-winning

SUMMER CAMPS

All Camps are Monday – Friday from 9:30 am – 12 noon. Cost is $125.00 per week, per participant. Your receipt for payment is your confirmation. UC-78B “BAMBOO BOMBER” UC-78B “Bamboo Bomber” BY CESSNA The UC-78B is a military version of the commercial Cessna T-50 light transport. Cessna first produced the wood and tubular steel fabric-covered T-50 in 1939 for the civilian market. In 1940, the Army Air Corps U-3B “BLUE CANOE” U-3B “Blue Canoe” BY CESSNA Popularly known in the Air Force as the “Blue Canoe,” the U-3 is the military version of the Cessna 310 light twin-engine transport. The prototype made its first flight on 3 January 1953. Production for 35TH ANNUAL AUCTION / RAFFLE AND TASTE OF LOCAL CUISINE Date - 07/10/2021 Time - 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Location -Miller-Murphy-Howard Building Georgia National Fairgrounds Each raffle ticket is admittance for two and offers two free drink tickets. VIRTUAL FIELD TRIPS

The following information applies to all Virtual Field Trips, unless otherwise stated. Duration is 30 – 45 minutes. Cost is $75 up to 100 participants, $100 for over 100 participants. ACE STEM-based activities are brought to your classroom. This program is offered to schools within 50 miles of the Museum of Aviation. Days: Tuesdays – Fridays August – May, not offered June – July. Possessing excellent range and maneuverability, the P-51 operated primarily as a long-range escort O-2A “SKYMASTER” O-2A “Skymaster” BY CESSNA The O-2 was a military version of the Cessna Model 337 Super Skymaster. Distinguished by twin tail booms and tandem-mounted engines, it featured a tractor-pusher propeller arrangement. Derived from the Cessna Model 336, the Model 337

Designed to produce a radar image very similar to that of the B-52 and to fly at approximately the B-57B “CANBERRA” B-57B “Canberra”. After the Korean War began in 1950, the United States Air Force (USAF) looked for a jet-powered medium bomber to quickly replace the aging, propeller-driven Douglas B-26 Invader.
