In the case of Hamdan V Rumsfeld the supreme court favored on Hamdan's side in a 3 to 5 vote. They felt it was unconstitutional for the actions in which were placed on Hamdan. He was captured on a war campunder prejudice.
The 6th amendment grants everyone the right to due process in US courts, however they tried to deny Hamdan of this right.www.google.com

In the end of the case i feel like the decision in favor of Hamdan was the best choice. He was treated unfairly all because the president wanted ti interfere with military commissions.
