ORIEL CAFÉ AT MOSTYN Oriel Café at MOSTYN. Our newly refurbished and licensed Oriel Café offers a unique space to enjoy a great range of food and drinks, including fantastic, locally roasted coffee. Our fresh, light menu includes soups, stews, salads and bagels and, of course, fabulous cake! Fully accessible, with plenty of space for buggies andwheelchairs

We received over 130 applications from over 20 countries worldwide. We were very inspired by the quality of the works produced during these global challenging times.The selection was made by the Queer Direct and MOSTYN teams. ‘My Online Bedroom’ was open to anyone (aged 14+) targeted at LGBTQIA+ communities and their allies.MOSTYN OPEN 21
13 July - 27 October 2019. Exhibition opening event and announcement of winner of MOSTYN Open Award and Exhibition Award: 13th July 2019 from 4.00pm. Selected from over 750 submissions from across the globe, the 21st anniversary edition of this internationally significant exhibition presents over 30 artists working in disciplines including TAREK LAKHRISSI: MY IMMORTAL Tarek Lakhrissi (b. 1992, Châtellerault) is a visual artist and a poet based between Paris and Brussels. He currently teaches on the CCC Research Master Program in the Visual Arts Department at HEAD (Geneva School of Art and Design). Lakhrissi has exhibited internationally at galleries and institutions including: Museum of Contemporary ArtATHENA PAPADOPOULOS
Athena Papadopoulos was born in 1988 in Toronto, CA. She lives and works in London. Following her BFA at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, CA), she completed her MFA at Goldsmiths (London, UK) in 2013. Forthcoming solo and group exhibitions include Cain and Abel Can’t and Able, MOSTYN (Llandudno, Wales, 2020); AthenaPapadopoulos
NATIONAL EISTEDDFOD CROWN AND CHAIR 18 June - 6 July 2019. This year's Eisteddfod Crown, sponsored by the housing association, Grŵp Cynefin, has been designed and created by contemporary jeweler Angela Evans from Caernarfon. The creation of a Crown has always been a dream for Angela, and this year she had the chance to realise her dream by creating a beautiful and delicateCrown.

TAREK LAKHRISSI: MY IMMORTAL Tarek Lakhrissi (b. 1992, Châtellerault) is a visual artist and a poet based between Paris and Brussels. He currently teaches on the CCC Research Master Program in the Visual Arts Department at HEAD (Geneva School of Art and Design). Lakhrissi has exhibited internationally at galleries and institutions including: Museum of Contemporary Art NOBUKO TSUCHIYA: 30 WAYS TO GO TO THE MOON 9 November - 1 March 2020. This new body of work by Japanese artist Nobuko Tsuchiya is showing for the first time in Wales. Working primarily with sculpture, Tsuchiya’s practice uses a wide range of materials, often including household objects, collected over time, which she assembles and casts to create amorphous, hybrid minimalist NICK HORNBY: ZYGOTES AND CONFESSIONS Nick Hornby (b. 1980) is a British artist living and working in London.
