In the 1930s the Civilian Conservation Corps constructed this tower and the road and bridges which lead to the summit of Mount Constitution. Midway. Cascade Lake’s Midway campground is the boater’s campsite. Space for RVs and trailers can be found across the road among the madrona trees with easy access to the restrooms and showers.
