Sixteen months of living in a pandemic will have passed by the time the Fourth of July holiday arrives and a party is being planned. “We are so excited that we will be able to celebrate the 4th of July this year, and Moab City is planning to celebrate big,” wrote the Chamber of Commerce in an email sent outto
