Op zondag 3 november stapten duizenden mensen door het centrum van de Roemeense hoofdstad Boekarest om te protesteren tegen de illegale houtkap in hun land. Ze willen ook dat de Roemeense regering een halt toeroept aan de verdwijning van de laatste oerbossen van Europa, en dat de verantwoordelijken voor de moord op twee boswachters bestraftworden.
