CLASSES ARE 30, 45 AND 60 MINUTES, AND START AT $15. WHEN CLASSES ARE NOT IN SESSION, THE STUDIO IS OPEN FOR SELF-GUIDED PRACTICE. WE CREATED A SPACE FOR BOTH NEW AND EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS. BONUS: EVERYONEIS SUPER FRIENDLY.

What are good classes to start with? Our MNDFL Breath, Sound, or Heart classes are a great place to start.Explore Our Classes
What should I wear to class? We have no specific dress code, however we suggest wearing something you feel comfortable to sit in whether jeans or workout clothes. Since we ask you to remove your shoes at the door, bring your favorite cozy socks or feel free to go barefoot. Suits or skirts are also welcome although we don’t recommend the mini kind. What will I sit on in class? MNDFL exists to make meditation accessible to everyone. With that in mind, we have chairs, two types of cushions (zafus and gomdens), and backjacks (for extra back support) for you to choose from. If you are concerned about being comfortable during the session, please call us at 212.477.0487 to discuss further options. Can I bring my kids to class? We recommend MNDFL Breath and Intentions classes for kids nine and older. You know your child best though, so if you are confident that they can sit still in a class for a half hour feel free to bring them. We also run special kids events so check out our schedule for those!Outside the Class
Can you bring MNDFL to my office? Yes, one of the best parts about meditation is that it’s so portable. As are our teachers!Get MNDFL @ Work
How can I bring MNDFL meditation to a school? We offer a variety of programs to help bring meditation to school-aged children.Visit MNDFL Ed.
Can I rent your space for my own event? Yes, we totally get that you want to make your event as MNDFL as possible, and we can help with that.Rent Space @MNDFL
