Hey all - Having a difficult to solve issue with my "quot08 mk5 GTi. Intermittently, when the car is left for a day or two, it'#039s excessively cranking and hard starting. It'#039s then going into limp mode and throwing: 000135 - Fuel Rail/System Pressure P0087 - 002 - Too Low - Intermittent. DIY: 2.0T FSI TIMING BELT REPLACEMENT 9 - Remove the crank pulley and lower belt cover. 10 - With everything off, make additional marks on crank sprocket as shown. This is needed for when you rotate the engine twice after fitting the belt to make sure the timing correct. 11 - Remove the old REAR DOOR NOT LOCKING The door lock module has failed. You have two options. 1 - Replace with another door lock module. Huge money from dealer or half that from a refurbed eBay one. 2 - Drill a hole in the existing one and fill with grease to get things moving. Either way the door skin needsto be removed.

TUTORIAL - HOW TO UPDATE RNS-510 FIRMWARE. ***NEW LINKS It's based on latest 398x software but can be used to recover RNS-510 running any software version. It will try to restore basic coding (including TestMode) and finish SWL. It will not work if the Nav is completely fooked. To use - insert the disc, press Setup, i and Eject and it will work away. Click Me. MY PCV VALVE WAS FAULTY, CHECK YOURS IT TAKES 5 MINS Re: my pcv valve was faulty, check yours it takes 5 mins. An even simpler test. When the engine is idling pull the dipstick and the engine SHOULD start running rough. When you put dipstick back in and the engine SMOOTHS out again the PCV is ok. Ive had my car checked for the cause of a missfire, suspecting it would be a coilpack! The fault that has come up is EVAP Emission Control Sys: Incorrect flow. Re: HPFP Upgrade. TTS/S3 has different mapping and cams, it's not just about the pump itself, which is the same as the GTI btw. Just stick the VIS internals in. Taking a pump from a completley different engine (i.e RS4) will just cause headaches further down the line. HPFPUpgrade.

The up side: its cheap and quick and my 2006 55plate never had any battery issues after the rcd510 was installed. You could also remove the rubber cap for a bit. If the problem goes away and doesn't return...then likely thereis no separation.

This is an ideal way of introducing a structural mounting point of the installation of a harness in your vehicle using existing mount points. I purchased this 2nd hand circa 6 months ago and it was only after that I found that some muppet had managed to cross thread one of the mounting holes. There are three other mounting points to use (which effect the vertical height of the harness), all of which are fine. The scrapped bolt will be replaced either prior to or after dispatch - just waiting for the distancing restrictions to be lifted. I have for sale a Genuine vw Golf R32 front bumper complete with all grills , badges and washer jets . The bumper had two small plastic welds please see the pictures and the n/s bracket was loose so this has been re attached . The repair was very minor and completed by a local body shop . The bumper has been put in primer ready to prep and paint . Rare opportunity to get hold of a complete bumper . There is a small bit missing from the side grill n/s can’t really see it as well as the back cover apart from that it’s good to go bought for a conversion but then a change of mind . I would rather you come and collect this in person then there is less chance of this delicate grill getting damaged but will wrap the bumper if you want it posted will cost you around £45 again I take no responsibility if it gets damaged in transit any questions please ask there is no returns of this item I have been clear and honest as possible you are buying a used bumper which has had three repairs in total all minor but completed to a high standards any more pictures or questions welcome thanks .
