It offers a mini-pupillage and a marshalling opportunity to students from under represented backgrounds at the Bar. Open to undergraduate students Initial applications are made via your DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COMMITTEE Responding to consultation documents with regard to diversity and inclusion issues; Providing a forum in which diversity and inclusion issues can be discussed to ensure the Inn's commitment to diversity and inclusion is maintained and enhanced. COVID-19 Update (31/03/2021): We are currently planning to deliver the majority of QS remotely until the end of July 2021. COVID-19 Update (31/03/2021): We are currently planning to deliver the majority of QS remotely until the end of July 2021. We cannot hope to replicate the full effect and value of the qualifying sessions which normally take place within the Inn and on circuit; however, with the help of many Benchers and members of the Inn, we will be able to deliver a varied and interesting programme of free DOCUMENT DELIVERY SERVICE Document Delivery Service. The Library offers a document delivery service to members of the Inns of Court who require documents remotely. The service currently runs from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Starting 17 May 2021 there will be a charge for this service (£5 for the first item and £1 for additional items made with thesame request +VAT.
ADVOCACY TRAINING
The Inn offers advocacy training to students, pupils and new practitioners. Students have the options of. attending residential advocacy weekends receiving advocacy training as ‘guinea pigs’ on the Training the Trainers programmes and acting as witnesses in the New Practitioners’ Programme; Click here for all of the educational services offered to students by the Inn.MIDDLE TEMPLE
In 2012 he returned to Cardiff as the Mercantile (now Circuit Commercial) judge. He is the principal TCC Judge for Wales and also sits in the Chancery Division and the Administrative Court. He is the Chairman of the Legal Sub-Committee of the Church in Wales’ Governing Body and was installed in 2017 as Chancellor of The Dioceseof Llandaff.
