A use case diagram doesn’t describe the order in which the use cases are carried out. For example, let’s define the use case Withdraw money. This process is carried out in many steps, like Insert card, Enter PIN, Select amount, take out amount and take card out.Of course, these are activities are all from the customer’s point of view – but this sequence should not be covered by the use WHAT IS A MISUSE CASE? 2. 3. 1. Misuse cases are “upside down” use cases with which to collect features that the system should not allow. This way, you can find security measures that increase the quality of the system. 2. Personas are conceived users of a solution, software, service or product. 2. They have hobbies, values, motives, attitudes. And thus also expectations towards the usage of a product. 3. THE BEST OBSERVATION TECHNIQUES IN REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING There are two variants of this technique: Ongoing observation, Work-sampling study. Leading ongoing observation means to experience activities, the uses of work documents and materials, to experience the solid environment and working conditions, and to record essential impressions in text.WHAT IS A BASELINE?
What is a baseline in software development? The term baseline comes from configuration management. Configuration management describes activities that lead and steer configurations. A configuration represents all the work results described by a product. According to the IEEE, a baseline, also called a reference configuration, is: “A THE SOLUTION EVALUATION IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS Solution evaluation in business analysis is the assessment of existing, or potential solutions before or after a business goes into operation. Business analysis includes a comprehensive conception of the term “solutions” – it also contains both IT and non-IT components as well as systems, processes, rules, and organizationalstructures.
ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A PROJECT PLAN If you, like us, are a fan of Star Trek, then you surely know Scotty. When the warp drive failed, he knew two minutes before it happened. When the failure happened, he cautiously approached the problem, almost felt it in the drive. EFFECTIVE TEAMS WITH A UNIFIED VISION The shared vision offers self-organized teams a sense of orientation without impairing their creativity. Achieving goals with a unified vision. A unified vision is best developed in the context of a workshop. Here are some tips for running one: Invite requirements engineers and the development team to* objectiF RPM
