POOL RESERVATIONS
The pool will be cleared between each 45 minute reservation for cleaning and sanitation. Masks are required when not in the water. Maintain 6 feet in and out of the water. After an extended closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Metro Parks Tacoma’s four community centers and three pools have reopened to the public with limitedoperations.

FIVE MILE DRIVE AND TRAILS Inner Loop. The Five Mile Drive inner loop is open to vehicles. The park’s attractions are accessible via the inner loop. This includes Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, Fort Nisqually Living History Museum, Point Defiance Marina, Owen Beach, the Gardens, the Pagoda, and theOff-Leash Dog Park.

Fort Nisqually was originally located in what is now DuPont, WA. The Fort you see today was reconstructed in the 1930s by the Works Progress Administration (WPA).
