WOMEN INSPIRING WOMEN PODCAST Episode 68: Becoming a Corporate Refugee with Megan Weisheipl Listen. This week, Melanie is joined by Megan Weisheipl, a mom, wife, and founder of The Corporate Refugee. Megan was sick of. the mom guilt and decided to leave her corporate job to start a WHOLE30 PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE Preheat oven to 375 degrees. If necessary, trim the pork tenderloin, but if you can get the boneless cuts of porl you won’t have this issue. Try the tenderloin with a paper towel. Mix the mustard powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the pork evenly with the spice mixture. CREAMY GARLIC DRESSING 1 tsp. Himalayan salt. 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard. 1 tbsp unfiltered honey or raw agave nectar. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. If dressing solidifies when cold, let sit at room temperature until liquid. Makes 8 to 10 servings. I remember when I first started coaching watching these youtube videos of top coaches being interviewed by the CEO for this thing called Super Star HOW TO MODIFY P90X TO GET GREAT RESULTS When doing P90X you can choose from 3 different options. There is the Classic, Lean or Doubles. Classic is your traditional weight training program with 3 days of lifting, 2 days of cardio, 1 day of yoga and the final day is rest or xstretch. With the Lean Version you have an extra cardio day which is Core Synergistics, which is still to this day my absolute favorite P90X workout.TERIYAKI HALIBUT
Non stick cooking spray. Rinse halibut steaks in cold water and press dry. Combine low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, sesame oil, sherry, onions, and garlic in saucepan. Week 1 Shift Shop Meal Plan. by Melanie | Jul 23, 2017 | clean eating, Recipes, workouts. Tomorrow starts week 1 of my Shift Shop Launch Group! I am so excited to officially mentor my challengers/customers through the next 3 weeks of their Shift Shop journey. This program has made such an impact on both Matt and I and we know that it is going 21 DAY FIX EXTREME BEEF STEW Add garlic, cook stirring frequently for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, broth, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium – low, cook, covered for 40 minutes. Add squash, cook stirring for 8 to 12 minutes occasionally or until the sauce thickens and beef is fork tender. Remove the bay leaf, top with parsley andserve.

CHALEAN EXTREME WOMEN'S MEAL PLAN AND WEEK 1 PLAN The cool thing with chalean extreme is that she teaches you how to lift weights and heavy weights with proper form. The workouts are 5 days a week and range from 35-45 minutes in length. 3 strength training days and 2 cardio days with abs and a stretch/yoga day. Chalean Extreme. What Equipment is needed: A yoga mat, a resistanceband or weights.
