AMALAN-AMALAN UNTUK MEMASTIKAN KESIHATAN DIRI SENTIASA TERJAGA Posted on September 2, 2019

TAJUK: KEMPEN GAYA HIDUP SIHAT TELAH DIPERKENALKAN OLEH KERAJAAN UNTUK MELAHIRKAN MASYARAKAT YANG MEMENTINGKAN KESIHATAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN HIDUP. BINCANGKAN AMALAN-AMALAN YANG WAJAR ANDA LAKUKAN UNTUK MEMASTIKAN KESIHATAN DIRI SENTIASA TERJAGA.              Kesihatan merupakan hadiah ternilai yang dikurniakan oleh Tuhan kepada setiap individu. Setiap individu mestilah sedaya upaya untuk menjaga kesihatan diri supaya dapat menjauhkan diri daripada sebarang penyakit kronik seperti sakit jantung, kencing manis, tekanan darah tinggi dan sebagainya. Namun, sesetengah anggota masyarakat yang sibuk mengerja kejayaan sering mengabaikan kesihatan mereka mengakibatkan kesihatan mereka terancam. Bak kata peribahasa “HENDAK SERIBU DAYA, TAK HENDAK SERIBU DALIH”. Kesibukan bukanlah alasan bugi sesuatu individu yang menginginkan kesihatan. Persoalannya, apakah amalan-amalan yang wajar saya lakukan bagi memastikan badan saya sentiasa berada dalam keadaan sihat?              Antara amalan yang perlu saya amalkan untuk memastikan kesihatan diri sentiasa terjaga adalah dengan mengamalkan amalan pemakanan yang sihat. Saya boleh memilih makanan berpandukan piramid makanan dalam kuantiti dan nisbah yang betul. Dengan ini, saya boleh mendapatkan gizi seimbang yang mencukupi untuk keperluan badan saya. Saya perlu banyak makan buah-buahan, sayur-sayuran, ikan, daging dan sebagainya di samping mengurangkan pengambilan gula, garam dan minyak yang boleh mengakibatkan obesiti (痴肥). Jelasnya, amalan pemakanan sihat sudah pasti dapat membantu kitra mengekalkan kesihatan

tibuh badan kita.

             Selain itu, saya boleh melakukan akitiviti riadah dan rekreasi secara berkala untuk menjamin kesihatan saya. Contohnya, saya boleh melakukan aktiviti bersenam dengan ahli keluarga saya sekurang-kurangnya tiga kali seminggu dan bukannya bersikap HANGAT-HANGAT TAHI AYAM. Pada waktu petang, saya boleh berjoging, berbasikal, bersenam dan sebagainya di taman rekreasi yang berdekatan dengan rumah saya. Aktiviti-aktiviti ini membolehkan badan saya mengeluarkan peluh yang banyak bagi mengingkirkan toksik dalam badan kita. Aktiviti-aktiviti ini juga dapat mencergaskan badan saya dan mencergaskan otak saya. Intihanya, aktiviti riadah boleh menyihatkan badan saya di samping mengratkan hubungan silaturakim anggota

keluarga.

             Seterusnya, untuk mengekalkan kesihatan saya, saya perlu melakukan pemeriksaan kesihatan secara berkala iaitu sekurang-kurangnya sekali setahun. Bak kata peribahasa MENCEGAH LEBIH BAIK DARIPADA MENGUBATI. Pemeriksaan berkala seperti ini dapat mengesan tanda awal bagi penyakit kanser, penyakit jantung, darah tinggi dan sebagainya. Saya akan berjumpa doktor dengan segera sekiranya saya sakit. Saja juga akan mendapatkan nasihat daripada doktor jika saya berasa musykil tentang sesuatu perkara. Tuntasnya, pemeriksaan kesihatan secara berkala menjajikan kesihatan tubuh badan

saya.

             Akhirulkalam, amalan pemakanan yang sihat, aktiviti riadah dan pemeriksaan berkala merupakan cara-cara untuk mengekalkan kesihatan saya. Bak kata peribahasa sediakan payung sebelum hujan. Sebelum diserang apa-apa penyakit, penjagaan kesihatan merupakan tanggungjawab saya yang tidak boleh dipandang remeh supaya keselesaan hidup saya terjamin. (380 patah perkataan)

KBBR SPM 2012: AKTIVITI-AKTIVITI YANG SESUAI DIADAKAN DI SEKOLAH BERSEMPENA DENGAN SAMBUTAN HARI KEBANGSAAN Posted on August 29, 2019

             Hari kebangsaan negara kita disambut dengan meriah pada setiap tahun sebagai tanda negara ini sudah bebas daripada belenggu (枷锁) penjajahan. Pada masa yang sama, hari yang penuh bermakna ini disambut bagi menghargai jasa dan pengorbanan (牺牲) nenek moyang kita yang bersusah payah untuk merintis (开路) jalan kemerdekaan. Bak kata peribahasa, “Melentur buluh biarlah daripada rebungnya”. Oleh itu, semangat patriotik (爱国) harus disemai (被播种) dan disuburkan (被施肥) dalam jiwa rakyat menerusi sambutan tersebut sejak di bengku sekolah lagi supaya dapat melahirkan generasi muda yang reti mengenang jasa dan bersemangat patriotik. Persoalannya, apakah aktiviti yang boleh diadakan di sekolah bersempena sambutan hari kebangsaan?              Antara aktiviti menarik yang boleh diadakan pada peringkat sekolah ialah PERSEMBAHAN PENTAS. Persembahan-persembahan ini disertai oleh pelajar yang terdiri daripada pelbagai kaum. Pelajar-pelajar yang terlibat ini sedaya upaya untuk menyembahkan tarian tradisional, drama, nyanian dan sebagainya yang bertemakan patriotisme di atas pentas. Melalui persembahan ini, nilai-nilai murni dapat dikukuhkan dalam jiwa setiap pelajar. Tuntasnya, persembahan pentas yang bertemakan patriotik ini dapat mengeratkan hubungan silaturahim pelajar sejak di bangku sekolah lagi.              Selain itu, pihak sekolah juga boleh mengadakan PERTANDINGAN MELUKIS POTRET (图像) TOKOH-TOKOH TERKEMUKA (出名) di negara kita kepada pelajar-pelajar sekolah menengah. Tokoh-tokoh yang bersikap _biar putih mata, jangan putih mata _(士可杀不可辱) ini berjuang bermati-matian untuk mempertahankan tanah tercinta kita. Tokok-tokoh yang banyak berjasa kepada negara kita termasuklah Tunku Abdul Rahman, Dato’ Onn Jaafar dan sebagainya. Pertandingan sebegini akan melakar jalan ke arah persefahaman (一致), saling memahami, bekerjasama dan memupuk sifat tolong-menolong dalam kalangan pelajar. Natijahnya, pertandingan melukis potret dapat mencungkil bakat terpendam (隐藏) pelajar dalam bidang seni di samping memupuk semangat cinta akan negara.              Seterusnya, pihak sekolah turut boleh mengadakan PERTANDINGAN MENGHIAS KELAS mengikut kreativiti (创意) pelajar-pelajar. Pelajar-pelajar boleh menggembleng tenaga _bagai aur dengan tebing_ untuk menghiasi kelas masing-masing menggunakan bahan seperti Jalur Gemilang, bendera negeri dan potret tokoh kemerdekaan. Pelajar-palajar juga boleh berganding bahau mendirikan sudut bacaan yang berisi dengan poster atau keratan akhbar (剪报) yang bertemakan cinta akan negara. Intihanya, pertandingan sebegini dapat menambahkan kreativiti dan cara befikir pelajar-pelajar.         Akhirulkalam, aktiviti-aktiviti hari kebangsaan seperti persembahan pentas, pertandingan melukis potret dan pertandingan menghiasi kelas perlu dititikberatkan (被重视) sejak di bangku sekolah untuk menyemarakkan semangat patriotik dalam diri pelajar. Langkah ini menepati saranan (目标) pepatah _melentur buluh biarlah dari rebungnya_. Oleh itu, pihak sekolah harus kerap mengadakan aktiviti-aktiviti sebegini dan bukannya bersikap _hangat-hangat tahi

ayam_.

SEBAB-SEBAB NOVEL YANG DIKAJI DIANGGAP ISTIMEWA DAN BOLEH MENARIK

Novel yang saya kaji dalam tingkatan 5 ialah Tirani karya Beb Sabariah. Novel tersebut banyak mengandungi keistimewaan dari pelbagai aspek dan boleh menarik minat pembaca. Antara keistimewaan yang dapat menarik minat pembaca ialah pengutaraan tema yang baik oleh pengarang.  Novel ini bertemakan kegigihan seorang wanita yang gigih mengusahakan perniagaannya. Contohnya, selepas tamat pengajiannya di universiti, Waheeda telah mendapatkan pinjaman daripada Tabung Usahawan Siswazah. Dengan pinjaman yang diperolehinya, dia ingin mengusahakan perniagaan inap desa dengan keluarganya. Dengan kegigihannya itu, Chalet Tajau Emasnya berkembang dengan baik sehingga menarik pelancong dari dalam dan luar

negara.

Selain itu, novel ini banyak mengandungi nilai dan pengajaran yang boleh menjadi iktibar kepada pembaca seperti nilai kasih sayang. Contohnya, ibu Waheeda, iaitu Raidah tidak sampai hati untuk membiarkan Waheeda menjalani pembedahan rekonstrusi wajah keseorangan di Singapura. Raidah berasa bimbang apabila Waheeda menghantar e-mel kepada Ghazi menyatakan bahawa pembedahannya mengambil masa selama 10 jam. Oleh itu, Raidah membuat ketupat lepas yang menjadi simbol terlepas daripada segala malapetaka. Dia ingin menghantar ketupat lepas itu sendiri kepada anaknya. Seterusnya, novel ini turut mengandungi perwatakan watak utama yang menarik, iaitu Waheeda. Waheeda digambarkan sebagai seorang wanita yang penuh ketabahan. Dia diceraikan oleh suaminya, Zahid yang menuduhnya curang. Dia mengesyaki anak yang dilahirkan oleh Waheeda itu bukan anak kandungnya. Walaupun ditunjukkan laporan DNA, Zahid tetap tidak melihat laporan itu. Namun begitu, Waheeda tidak berputus asa. Dia gigih membesarkan anaknya seorang diri. Dia membimbing anaknya menjadi seorang korporat wanita yang berjaya. Akhirnya, mereka bersama-sama memajukan Aya Sakinah di Cameroon Highlands dengan

berjaya.

BERDASARKAN SEBUAH NOVEL YANG TELAH ANDA KAJI, JELASKAN SEBAB-SEBAB NOVEL TERSEBUT DIANGGAP ISTIMEWA DAN BOLEH MENARIK MINAT

PEMBACA.

        Novel yang saya kaji dalam tingkatan 4 ialah Leftenan Adnan Wira Bangsa karya Abdul Latip bin Talib. Novel tersebut mempunyai banyak keisitimewaan yang boleh menarik minat pembaca.      Antara keistimewaan novel ini ialah novel ini banyak mengandungi nilai dan pengajaran yang boleh dijadikan iktibar kepada pembaca. Antara nilai yang terdapat dalam novel ini ialah nilai cinta akan negara. Contohnya, Adnan seorang yang patriotik. Sejak kecil, dia bercita-cita untuk menjadi seorang askar. Dia sanggup meninggalkan kerjayanya sebagai guru untuk memasuki bidang ketenteraan untuk mempertahankan tanah air tercintanya. Pengajarannya ialah kita haruslah sanggup berkorban demi kedaulatan negara kita pada bile-bila

masa.

    Selain itu, novel ini juga menarik perhatian pembaca dan istimewa kerana perwatakan watak utama yang menarik. Watak utama novel ini berjaya meninggalkan kesan yang mendalam dalam jiwa pembaca yang masih mempunyai semangat untuk berjuang mempertahankan negara. Misalnya, watak Leftenan  Adnan merupakan simbol keberanian dan ketabahan anak muda dalam perjuangan. Leftenan Adnan berani berjuang melawan tentera Jepun walaupun tanpa senjata hingga ke titisan darah

terakhir.

        Seterusnya, tema novel yang baik ini turut menarik minat pembaca. Tema novel ini mengisahkan keberanian seorang anggota tentera dalam mempertahankan tanah air. Buktinya, Leftenan Adnan telah menunjukkan keberanian dan kecekalannya sejak kecil. Beliau mendapat dorongon daripada bapanya. Keperwiraan beliau terbukti apabila beliau berjuang menentang musuh hingga penghujung nyawa.

CARA WATAK UTAMA MENGATASI KONFLIK YANG DIALAMI Posted on August 3, 2019

Novel yang saya pelajari dalam tingkatan 4 ialah Leftenan Adnan Wira Bangsa karya Abdul Latip bin Talib manakala novel yang saya pelajari dalam tingkatan 5 ialah Tirani karya Beb Sabariah. Watak utama novel tingkatan 4 ialah Adnan manakala watak utama novel tingkatan 5 ialah Waheeda. Kedua-dua watak utama ini menggunakan cara yang bijaksana untuk mengatasi konflik yang dialami. Dalam novel tingkatan 4, watak utama novel ini mengalami konflik dengan anggota pasukan lawannya. Contohnya, penentangan yang dialam oleh Adnan bermula pada perlawanan bola sepak antara Kampung Sungai Merap dengan Kampung Sungai Ramal. Budin daripada pasukan Kampung Sungai Merap tidak berpuas hati kerana pasukannya kalah kepada pasukan Kampung Sungai Ramal. Mereka mengatur pula perlawanan tinju antara kedua-dua pasukandi mana Budin akan bertinju dengan Adnan. Akhirnya, Budin dan Adnan bersepakat untuk tidak meneruskan perlawanan tinju itu dan mereka menjadi sahabat. Dalam novel tingkatan 5 pula, watak utama mengalami konflik dengan bapanya. Misalnya, Waheeda berhasrat untuk menjalani pembedahan plastik pada wajahnya. Dia berasa sedih dan marah kerana selalu diejek oleh rakan-rakannya. Oleh itu, dia berhasrat untuk membuat pembedahan plastik. Dia memberitahu ibunya tentang hasratnya itu tetapi bapanya tidak bersetuju kerana perbuatannya itu akan bercanggah dengan hukum agama. Ibu Waheeda terus memujuk anaknya supaya tidak melakukan apa yang ditakdirkan. Namun, Waheeda tidak mempedulikan nasihat mereka lalu membuat keputusan untuk menjalani pembedahan di Singapura.

FAEDAH BALAJAR SECARA BERKUMPULAN Posted on February 26, 2019

        Gambar di atas menunjukkan aktiviti belajar secara berkumpulan. Aktiviti ini banyak mendatangkan faedah. Antara faedah ialah kita dapat bertukar-tukar pendapat dan idea baharu dengan rakan-rakan dalam kumpulan. Selain itu, kita dapat mengeratkan hubungan dalam kalangan ahli kumpulan. Ahli kumpulan akan bekerjasama bagai aur dengan tebing untuk menyelesaikan soalan yang mencabar. Seterusnya, aktiviti ini membolehkan kita membantu antara satu sama lain dalam pelajaran mereka. Secara tidak langsung, keyakinan diri kita dapat ditingkatkan. Kesimpulannya, murid-murid boleh mangadakan kumpulan belajar supaya dapat memperoleh keputusan yang cemerlang. (83

penuh semangat.

* Pertunjukan jet pejuang (战斗机) di udara telah menarik minat pengunjung yang hadir. * Pihak polis mengawal keselamatan pada hari sambutan tersebut supaya kemalangan tidak berlaku.
