MARAUDERAIRRIFLE.COM • VIEW TOPIC Yeah now that I realized the root cause of the problem was the o-rings preventing the hammer from striking the poppet it makes sense that when I adjusted the hammer stroke to be shorter ie turning that adjustment clockwise to advance it actually allowed the gun to fire but when I turned the hammer stroke to maximum stroke length it wouldn't fire at all but I removed all but one hour ring and MARAUDERAIRRIFLE.COM • VIEW TOPIC The only way they can insure a zero leak rate is to pressurize each rfile and do a 24 hour leakdown test. That would slow their production to a crawl. How I handled it and achieved pretty close to 100% was by having very strict procedures for how the fittings were cleaned,

I didn't open the barrel hole or touch setting at all. Just bolt on valve and TP. Sadly AFAIK none are available. Gen 2: Four 4-40 SHCS hold the breech to the pressure tube allowing removal of breech without removing pressure tube cap. The Crosman does not work because it is just a doughnut that has a large hole in the middle. That large hole allows air to flow, but also allows the ping. For a good design, imagine a plastic bottle cap that was just slightly smaller OD than the airtube ID. Within 50 yards, both were great. at 70 to 120 yards, the JSB group was noticeably tighter. I'm new to PCP's, and the Marauder is my first. I've added a Huma regulator, Hill hammer/12.5 spring/striker and need some help understanding how to tune. With everything installed, I started with the regulator set to 135 bar with the spring fully unloaded. With that as a baseline, shots were going out ~750fps. There are actually two, what appears to be different rings. The inner ring which is the valve seat has an ID of .260 and about .290 for the OD. New member here and just wanted to let everyone know that the .25 cal Marauder is capable of 100 FPE plus on a low psi fill with Tim Hill parts and a lil work. Just take a quick look at the chronograph pics and the vids. Please remember this is done on a 22k psi start fill with 25.4 grain JSB pellets. POI is dead on out to 125

yards.

The main O ring , the one used on the air valve is another popular number and I got a package of 100 of those for $4 My son ended up getting me 300 by mistake. The 009 is the breech O ring and the B 118 is the main O ring. Any bearing supply house will have them. DR650. Mobile Google Sheets version (1.0 no scripts) Release. I opted against writing scripts (for now) as I am NOT savvy in google apps language so that will take me quite some time.
