Our goal is for your child to participate in project-based activities, finish homework assignments, and get physical exercise every day that school is in session. * 8:45AM-9:30AM Glide Fit _Pool - C Level_ __ __ __ This high-energy aquatic fitness class will give you an intense workout on top of an unstable surface in the water on our Glidefit boards. You’ll be introduced to stretches and exercises to build strength from head to toe while you raise your heart rate in a fun new way. While the setting is informal, the music, artistry and education is first rate, setting the stage for a lifetime appreciation of Mozart, Beethoven, and more!
