AND MUCH MORE PEOPLE TO HELP OUT THERE… FATHER PEDRO’S CHILDREN PLANT MORE THAN 20,000 TREES IN 2018 WITHOUT ANY FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CONTRIBUTE TO A SUSTAINABLE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT THROUGH BIODIVERSITY …WHAT AN EXAMPLE FOR US!… As a recognition of Father Pedro’s extraordinary work, he received on the 10th of December 2008 in Rome the Prize Cardinale “Van Thuân, Solidarietà e Sviluppo” (Solidarity and Development), in its first edition. The prize was awarded by the Pope Benedetto XVI and the ceremony was part of the celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Father Pedro Opeka received on October 29th 2015 in New York the Highest Award conferred by St. John’s University entitled “Spirit of Service Award”

Vibeke brings more than 30 years of experience to her role as Vice President of Madagascar Foundation. Vibeke holds a Bachelor's degree and is a graduate of Abraham Lincoln University in Bogota Colombia. Specialist in public relations, she represented for several years "Adam de Villiers Foundation" around the world and especially in the United States of America and South America. She was very supportive at the creation of the Madagascar Foundation years ago and she is actively involved in the Foundation's major

projects.

She accepted the position proposed to her by the Board to become the Vice-President of the Foundation on December 2018. She is also Financial - Director at Madagascar Association. She is fluent in English, Danish, French and Spanish.

Véronique brings more than 11 years of experience to her position as Chief Operating Officer of the Madagascar Foundation. "Expert" qualified in business and corporate law as well as "Compliance" with Banks such as GE Money Bank (General Electric) La Défense France for more than 10 years. Holds a Master's degree in Company Law and Business Law from the Law University, Nice (France). She is certified international business transactions by "Hofstra New York University", U.S.A.. Marietté brings more than 16 years of experience to her position as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Madagascar Foundation. Qualified expertise in business organization. Responsible for Child Protection in West Palm Beach County, FL, USA for more than 15 years as well as defending their interests before the

Florida Courts.

Marietté holds a degree from the University of Technology and Communication of Nice (France). She is fluent in English, French and Spanish. CHILDREN HAVE HOME, EDUCATION, HEALTH CARE AND … A FUTURE…
