THE ARE MANY CHALLENGES THAT WORD FACE WITH THE EXISTING PAPER-BASED DOCUMENTS SIGNING AND STORING METHODS. Document security play an important role in our every day routine. Although electronic documentation has several advantages, studies find our paper consumption is still increasing year-on-year as there are government offices, privet companies with an abundance of documents which require this level of authenticity for different reasons and regulation rules, should always be dealing with hard copy documents, because you never know when you might need undeniable proof of certain terms or transactions. Indeed, some laws and regulations specify that companies should keep physical documents. Signatures for paper based documents, features on a document to prove its originality, have always been a critical issue, even in ancient times, where the number of paper documents was rather limited compared to the number of documents used today. In these days, where modern technologies enable a broad mass of people to easily counterfeit documents, contracts, agreements, bills etc., it becomes more and more critical to assure that the document comes from the expected source and that it has not been faked or altered. USER RECOGNITION__

Automatic autonomous system restricted for user ID and actual date

change (amendment).

Front part of the stamp includes the biometric fingerprint reader. UNIQUE BARCODE STAMPING__ After the user has been authorized the stamp will make a BARCODE-like array of lines in which the signer identity and date is encoded. CLOUD / INTERNAL NETWORK STORED DATABASE__ At any point the created Barcode can be read by Smartphone scanner/reader Apps and validated with a CLOUD STORED DATABASE. Alternatively, for extra secure needs, the data logs and all communication can be done in an internal network without access to the

internet and cloud.

WHERE WE ARE STANDING… The biometric validated stamp is ready for first units production. We are still in the device testing step, where we are searching for failures in our lab and not in customer’s hand. We are still in front of the challenges the software has to offer. We are building a military grade secure cloud database and at the same time developing the UI in both Android and iOS.
