TECHNICAL

Mobs and Spawners have a many-to-many relationship. This means that mobs can list the spawners they use to spawn with but also spawners can list mobs that they should spawn, so if a mob has no spawners set, it could still be spawned if a spawner has a list of mobs set instead.

Once tamed and equipped with a saddle, Maugs can become very powerful mounts. Their ability allows them to leap forwards (press F to use this ability once mounted).

CREATURES:DARKLING

Darklings will leap at their victims and latch on where they will begin to rapidly drain blood, this will heal them, it is vital that they are killed fast.

Terrifying nether elementals, Wraiths, also known as Nether souls are the embodiment of death, decay and corruption! On death, Wraiths explode so watch out! CREATURES:VENTORAPTOR Once tamed and equipped with a saddle, Ventoraptors can become very fast mounts. Their ability allows them to leap forwards and glide at a very fast pace (press F to use this ability once mounted).

CREATURES:SYLPH

Holy Elementals that are the embodiment of pure Aether energy. They will curse those who trespass upon holy ground, smiting where they will burn in the sunlight!

CREATURES:NYMPH

Nymphs are peaceful and will heal anything around them, this can be harmful to undead. if hit, Nymphs will flee firing flowers with sharp thorns that inflict bleed.

EFFECTS

Effects. Effects are all the buffs and debuffs used by lycanites mobs to affect the player or other creatures through melee attack or projectiles, or by being in the creature's general radius. As an added guide, Minecraft effects are also listed.

DUNGEONS

Dungeons. Dungeons are left over testing facilities from the old days of rampant dangerous magic practice and testing, leaving behind beasts unseen elsewhere. They can generate underground as maze-like structures of rooms or as tall towers with rooms branching out from a center column. A dungeon will generate with 3 bosses chosen from the

CREATURES:EPION

Epions come from the “Desmodontinae”, a real life blood-sucking bat. This particular bat also dies if the sun is around. Although tamed “Desmodontinae” doesn't die in the sun or are often covered by their wildlife rangers. Epions could also come from Vampires, also weak to the sun and blood-sucking men that can transform into bats.

CREATURES:DARKLING

Trivia & Media. This monster capacity might be a reference to the brain slime from Primitive mobs. Although Lycanites did not confirm this. If combined with the “First Aid” mod, Darklings will always deal damages to the head, killing you fairly quickly. CREATURES:VENTORAPTOR Once tamed and equipped with a saddle, Ventoraptors can become very fast mounts. Their ability allows them to leap forwards and glide at a very fast pace (press F to use this ability once mounted). They will take no falling damage.

A workaround for now is to disable the temple and village mob spawners.

Fluids (Ooze, Pure Lava, etc) are not added back yet. The old Pinky Model was removed and will be replaced with new models like the Belph and Behemoth soon, for now Pinky spawning is disabled
