WHEN TO GO TO AN URGENT CARE CENTER Is your life in danger? If not, you don't have to go to the Emergency Room. For a surprising number of illnesses and injuries, it's faster and less expensive to go to an urgent care center. You can get immediate attention for allergies, rash or hives, minor eye injuries, dehydration, and more. WHEN TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM If you have medical event or accident that could cause serious harm or death, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital Emergency Room as quickly as possible. Typical life-threatening situations include chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty speaking or breathing or some othermajor trauma.

Circle Health Dracut Dracut00:36
Circle Health Tewksbury Tewksbury00:53
Circle Health Westford Westford00:39
__ What do these wait times mean?__
WHAT DO THESE WAIT TIMES MEAN? The current wait time is the actual length of time from when you arrive and register to when your treatment begins with your clinical team. This treatment starts with the gathering of information, any testing, and preparation to be seen by a provider. Urgent Care wait times represent a four-hour rolling average updated every 10 minutes. Please note that there may be circumstances that affect wait times, such as periods of high volume that may occur during flu season, or if patients happen to arrive who are very ill and need immediate attention and/or transfer to an emergency department. WHY DO SOME PATIENTS GET SEEN FIRST, EVEN IF THEY ARRIVED AFTER ME? We encourage walk-in appointments at any time during our office hours. Patients can save time with our online advance check-in so patients with set appointment times may be seen before those who walk in. Also, specialty services such as travel or occupational medicine visits have pre-scheduled appointments. At Circle Health Urgent Care, we strive to provide timely treatment and work hard to ensure wait times remain as short as possible. Feel free to check with our staff about your questions or your wait.LATEST VIDEOS
