FLATTENED MOIST BBQ GARLIC AND LEMON CHICKEN Step 1: Stand the chicken up on so the wings are sitting on the board. Cut straight down the middle. Step 1. Step 2: Open out the chicken and see where my finger is pointing in the photo, you will see a white cartilage, cut straight through that all the way along the chickenlengthways. Step 2.
ROASTED FLATTENED CHICKEN Instructions. 1. Cut through the whole chicken along the backbone and open it up and give it a good flattening with the palm of your hand. 2. Marinate the chicken in the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp herbs du Provence and olive oil. 3. Place in pan and cover very tightly with aluminum foil.HOMEMADE PEACH PIE
Add peaches, vanilla and spices once you take the base off the heat. Remove your pastry from the fridge and cut into two pieces. Roll out and line the base of the dish with one, fill with the peach filling then top the dish with the other piece of rolled out pastry. Bake at 350 for about an hour. FLUFFY RHUBARB PANCAKES Sieve flour, baking powder, salt, then add sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. add the milk. and whisk to make pancake batter. 4. Whisk egg white in a separate bowl and whisk until fluffy soft peaks. 5. Drain the rhubarb on some kitchen paper, removing any excess liquid, then add to the pancake batter. Just fold in CARAMELIZED ONIONS AND LENTILS Fry the onions slow with butter and only a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. When they started to get brown I added salt to taste. Add the brown sugar if using. Then add 2 cups of cooked lentils and a little bit of fresh pepper. Cook on a gentle heat, stirring FLUFFY LEMON RICOTTA CHEESECAKE Preheat oven to 325 F, 170 C. 2. Line the base of a 9 or 10 inch / 20 cm round spring form pan with parchment paper and grease the sides of the pan. Also, wrap the bottom of your spring form pan in aluminum foil so the foil also comes up the sides, like a coat. BLUEBERRY ANGEL DUMP CAKE 1. Preheat oven to 350 F / 180 C / Gas 4. 2. Mix the first 2 ingredients together and pour into your greased cake pan. 3. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes when browned. It should be a little soft inside and not completely set. Meanwhile, add the butter or olive oil to a pan with the crushed garlic, and also the cabbage and broccoli. 4. Over a medium heat, stir the ingredients in the pan making sure everything is coated with the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons of boiling hotwater. 5.
LEFT OVER ROAST CHICKEN POT PIE In a large frying pan or wok, add a touch of olive oil and the onions. Cook on medium heat until the onions are translucent. 4. Add the remaining filling ingredients to the pan and combine. 5. Add the flour, chicken broth, season to taste and bring to a gentle boil. Finally, add the cream. PICKLED PEPPER RINGS Instructions. 1. Bring to a boil the first 4 ingredients. 2. Wash peppers and cut into rings, removing any seeds. 3. Place garlic, dill, salt, and oil into sterilized jars; pack in peppers. 4. Pour hot brine over, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. OLD FASHIONED SLOW COOKED LIVER, BACON AND ONIONS Use a slotted spoon and put the cooked bacon on a plate, leaving the bacon fat in the pan. 4. Turn the heat up on the pan and add the liver slices. Carefully turn them until they are browned on all sides then remove on to a plate. 5. Add the sliced onions, garlic and mushroomsto the pan.
EASY STRAWBERRY UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 1. Fill the bottom of 9 x 13 pan with fresh Strawberries, then sprinkle a small box sugar-free jello (dry) over berries, cover with mini marshmallows. 2. Mix a boxed cake mix as instructions on the package and pour over the strawberries and marshmallows and bake at350 F for 30 -
CRISPY BEER BATTERED SHRIMP Instructions. 1. If you are using frozen prawns, defrost them. De-shell and devein then pat dry with some kitchen paper. 2. Heat up the oil in your fryer/pan until it reaches 180 C / 350 F. 3. Mix your flour and salt and pepper well in a shallow dish and cover the prawns with the flour and shaking off any loose flour. SAUSAGE AND SWEET POTATO DINNER 1. Cut the sausages into 1-inch pieces and fry in a non greased skillet pan until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon, place the sausages on a plate and set aside. 2. Peel and cut the sweet and white potatoes in to bite sized pieces and pre cook in a pan of water until soft, about 10 - 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.CHICKEN ROLL UPS

EASY MANDARIN CAKE
In the mixer bowl, add the oil & 3 eggs, sugar and mandarins plus the juice. Beat until all combined. On a slow speed, mix in 1/3 of the flour mixture. When it is all combined, add another 1/3. Combine on a slow speed. With a metal spoon, gently fold FLATTENED MOIST BBQ GARLIC AND LEMON CHICKEN Step 1: Stand the chicken up on so the wings are sitting on the board. Cut straight down the middle. Step 1. Step 2: Open out the chicken and see where my finger is pointing in the photo, you will see a white cartilage, cut straight through that all the way along the chickenlengthways. Step 2.
FLUFFY RHUBARB PANCAKES Sieve flour, baking powder, salt, then add sugar, vanilla and egg yolk. add the milk. and whisk to make pancake batter. 4. Whisk egg white in a separate bowl and whisk until fluffy soft peaks. 5. Drain the rhubarb on some kitchen paper, removing any excess liquid, then add to the pancake batter. Just fold in THE BEST HOMEMADE SCOTCH EGGS 1. Put six of the eggs into a pan, cover with cold water, and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for five minutes, then put straight into a large bowl of iced water for at least 10 minutes. 2. Put the meat, herbs, mace, and mustard into a bowl, season and mix well with your hands. Divide into 6 balls. HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE FRUIT PIE FILLING. 1. Peel, slice and chop the fruit into small cubes. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice and toss in a bowl. The lemon juice will stop the fruit going brown. Make sure the fruit is all an even size. 2. In the mixer bowl, add the oil & 3 eggs, sugar and mandarins plus the juice. Beat until all combined. On a slow speed, mix in 1/3 of the flour mixture. When it is all combined, add another 1/3. Combine on a slow speed. With a metal spoon, gently fold FLATTENED MOIST BBQ GARLIC AND LEMON CHICKEN Step 1: Stand the chicken up on so the wings are sitting on the board. Cut straight down the middle. Step 1. Step 2: Open out the chicken and see where my finger is pointing in the photo, you will see a white cartilage, cut straight through that all the way along the chickenlengthways. Step 2.

Whisk egg white in a separate bowl and whisk until fluffy soft peaks. 5. Drain the rhubarb on some kitchen paper, removing any excess liquid, then add to the pancake batter. Just fold in THE BEST HOMEMADE SCOTCH EGGS 1. Put six of the eggs into a pan, cover with cold water, and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for five minutes, then put straight into a large bowl of iced water for at least 10 minutes. 2. MAPLE ROASTED PECANS Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 3. Place pecans on baking tray. 4. Drizzle Maple syrup over nuts, season with sea salt. 5. Bake in oven until pecans are golden brown, approximately 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and with a spoon, give the nuts a gentle stir to evenly coat the nuts with the syrup then allow to completely cool. Marinate the chicken in the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp herbs du Provence and olive oil. 3. Place in pan and cover very tightly with aluminum foil. CARAMELIZED ONIONS AND LENTILS Fry the onions slow with butter and only a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. When they started to get brown I added salt to taste. Add the brown sugar if using. Then add 2 cups of cooked lentils and a little bit of fresh pepper. Cook on a gentle heat, stirring MOJO PICANTE, SPANISH RED PEPPER SAUCE 2. Add the chopped and de-seeded peppers to the processor, add a bit at a time. Blend until all smooth. 3. Then add the olive oil. Blend. Taste to see if you need a little more salt. 4.
