HAIRCUTS FOR HOMELESS Haircuts4Homeless is a community group set up by hairdresser Stewart Roberts to help improve low self-esteem felt by homeless people. A haircut can have a great effect on how someone looks and feels but it is not something that is affordable or a main priority for people in housing crisis.
