Recipes - Wine Features - Interviews. Today we’re preparing a super simple batch of bake-to-basics Blueberry Muffins. SOUR MILK OVEN FRIED CHICKEN!!! Set two shallow bowls one with the sour milk mixture and one with the flour plus seasonings to taste. Dip the chicken piece first in the flour then in the sour milk and back in the flour.
