We recently start using premium organic wheat flour, mixed with different specialty organic flour to make our sourdough bread. More different variety will be developed in the future. FRENCH & ITALIAN BREADS Using only flour, water, salt and dried yeast, achieving authentic French breads with distinct rustic crusts and light creamy interiors is the ultimate test of a baker's skill. Inspired by their French neighbours, Italian incorporated olive oil and/or other aromatic ingredients to the French bread dough, giving the products additional complexity on top of the delicious fragrance of bread.
