The vision of Waste & Recycling Services is to be an educated, accountable community, whereby residents and businesses expect and participate in HOW TO PAY PROPERTY TAXES In Person. 1st floor of City Hall for payment. Our main function is to regulate the use and development of land and buildings according to the rules and policies of the Land Use Bylaw, the Portable Sign Bylaw, Statutory Plans and the Municipal Government Act. WASTE & RECYCLING CENTRE Summer Hours: April 1 - October 31. Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Closed on all statutory holidays except Family Day (the third Monday in February). If the wind exceeds 60km/hour the landfill will be closed. During times of high wind conditions, below 60km/hour, the landfill may be closed at the discretion of the scale house.
