Our main function is to regulate the use and development of land and buildings according to the rules and policies of the Land Use Bylaw, the Portable Sign Bylaw, Statutory Plans and the Municipal Government Act. WASTE & RECYCLING CENTRE Summer Hours: April 1 - October 31. Monday - Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm. Closed on all statutory holidays except Family Day (the third Monday in February). If the wind exceeds 60km/hour the landfill will be closed. During times of high wind conditions, below 60km/hour, the landfill may be closed at the discretion of the scale house. Peenaquim Park is a large river valley park home to limestone pathways, incredible views of the Oldman River, coulees, and a popular off leash dog area, it is also TAX INSTALMENT PRE-PAYMENT PLAN (TIPP) The program is a pre-payment towards the estimated tax amount owing for the following year. By the time we collect the 10th installment on May 1, we will have collected close to the full tax amount so when you get the tax bill in May, it shows the total payments you've madetowards the bill.
